We are having problem with one printer its showing error that it is an paper jam but we check the printer but no jam we restart

Are you getting generic "Paper Jam" errors or is there a code attached?
There are four main sensors that report paper jams errors
● TOP sensor
● Fuser delivery sensor
● Loop sensor 1
● Loop sensor 2
If there's no paper in the path then you either have a sensor fault or a pickup fault - if it only happens with one tray a pick-up fault is more likely
To check your paper path sensors

Diagnostic Tests
Down Arrow > Manual Sensor Test > OK
If you then trigger a sensor it should show in the display

Reboot PC and re-install, go to the printers web site to see if any updated firmware / drivers are available and use them.
If this does not fix the issue then you have a defective printer ... service may cost more than replacement?
