500 - Internal server error.

I am getting the 500 - Internal server error when trying to load the .net web application. I'm certain it's form the web.config file although not sure what is wrong with it. I have set customerrors to off so that I can see the errors but no further detail is displayed.

Please see web.config code below:

I wear a lot of hats...

"The solutions and answers provided on Experts Exchange have been extremely helpful to me over the last few years. I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.

also check IIS Manager and EventViewer. In IIS Manager you could get an error when trying to open a particular feature, so try it out

Did you check EventViewer and IIS Manager?
thinklingsAuthor Commented:
It is on a shared hosting server although I checked the logs available to me and there is nothing.
systechadminConsultantCommented:

thinklingsAuthor Commented:
Hi Gaurav,

.net version is 4.5
systechadminConsultantCommented:
also check the application pool configured is 32 bit or 64 bit. Kindly can you provide screen shot of the full error.
thinklingsAuthor Commented:
You can see the error here -

http://online.thermalinsight.com.au/

As it is on a shared hosting server I'm not sure if it is 32 or 64 bit but I will contact the host and ask.
thinklingsAuthor Commented:
I managed to show the exact error, which is:

Unable to convert MySQL date/time value to System.DateTime
