I wear a lot of hats...

"The solutions and answers provided on Experts Exchange have been extremely helpful to me over the last few years. I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.

There are a lot of companies offering freemium storage plans of different sizes and capabilities.
You did not say it has to be free, or whether it is for personal use or business use, although it looks like personal.
The previous comments all focused on consumer grade free services, so let me suggest an enterprise grade, not expensive service.
Amazon S3 is a basic storage service. It is used by some of the largest internet operations in the world to reliably store massive amounts of data, in fact some of the services mentioned above are using it as the basis for their operation.
To use Amazon S3 you need to have an AWS account, and I suggest a 3rd party management tool like Cloudberry S3 explorer.

Total annual cost for 30GB is less than $12,
