Exchange 2013 Data Loss Prevention

Can Microsoft Office 2013 Standard Edition be used with Exchange 2013 Data Loss Prevention?  Or does it actually take MS Office 2013 Professional?

I do have Exchange Enterprise CALs...
I suggest you to test it.
DLP is a premium feature with exchange 2013 which requires an Exchange Enterprise Client Access License (CAL).

DLP  Components like Policy Tips is supported only in Outlook 2013 Pro plus, but even if your users don’t have the latest version of Outlook, you are still protected from disclosing sensitive data through back-end processing.

You need Outlook Pro Plus
