VMware 6.0 web client - "Use Windows session authentication" is grayed out
"Use Windows session authentication" is grayed out in VMware 6.0 web client. I have installed Client Integration plugin -- many times.
Have tried all 3 browsers (IE 11.0, Chrome 45.0. and Firefox 40.0.3). The machine is Win7. Thanks.

Have you reboot vcenter and ensure all vmware related services are indeed running?
What login credentials are you using to login to vCenter?
You should not try using the domain administrator or local administrator of Windows, you must use SSO credentials first and then assign the permission to local user or AD User or AD group to have access to vCenter.
SSO login should be like this:
User: administrator@vshpere.loca l
Password: ...the password that you have used while installing the vCenter........"
Thanks,
Sudeep

Mazdajai,
Yes, all 'Automatic' startup services are running on vCenter server. BTW, the issue is not with vCenter server or its services, since I can use web client fine. The problem is that "Use Windows session authentication" is greyed out in web client, so I have to manually put credentials each time. I want to check that box to save time.
Sudeep Sharma,
You have not understood my question. I have done all assignments of permissions that you mention. That is why I wish to use cached Windows credentials. When I manually put my Windows userID and password, logon works fine.

See my last comment -- there is no solution for now. Let us hope VMware fixes its "Client Integration Plugin" soon, so it works with latest browsers.
