Configuring Ricoh printers

I'm having difficulties programming Ricoh printers remotely. Is there a way to configure these machines as if you are in front of the panel. I have added some user to a Ricoh C7100, but I'm unable to see them in the webconfig.

Adding user to scan to a folder. I configured it in the system configuration ->administration -> Scan Address book. When I log in from the web portal, I'm unable to see these entries.
Are you adding the obe touch route, or the address book?

I believe there are two locations. One is the selection on the scan to display( I think these are limited to 10), while the other U.S. The address book, listed by type.

Do not have one if these anymore to see.

Where do you scan to? A common share? Or to one if the mailboxes on the printer?
I scan to a users c:\\  with a programmed user and password.

I have added some user
How did you add that user? If you added them via the printer's web page you should be able to configure that user there as well.
I think you missed something
So let's start from the beginning
To add scan to folder from web
Open web config from your browser
Login using user: admin password: Blank
In the left side you will see address book
Now you can add your users shared folders after you check folders share permissions
