"The solutions and answers provided on Experts Exchange have been extremely helpful to me over the last few years. I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.

This means that there is a problem with the certificate. Simple enough to view the cert (varies by browser), and hopefully determine the problem. A few possibilities:

1. Time set incorrectly on your client machine.
2. Expired certificate on the web server.
3. Wrong server name. Sometimes there is more than one valid address, but the certificate only matches one. Ie, www.webpage.com/content 203.34.35.69/content and webpage.com/content might all be the same thing, but only the latter will have a matching certificate.

If you can't figure out how to view the certificate, let us know the browser you are using.
if you can't interpret the error, post a screenshot.

Also, check your machine is updated, You may have old root certificates. If it is a Windows machine, windows update is probably the best way to go.
