I wear a lot of hats...

"The solutions and answers provided on Experts Exchange have been extremely helpful to me over the last few years. I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.

You mean tasklist command line?

TASKLIST [/S system [/U username [/P [password]]]]
         [/M [module] | /SVC | /V] [/FI filter] [/FO format] [/NH]

Description:
This tool displays a list of currently running processes on
either a local or remote machine.

Or the Get-Process command in powershell: https://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/library/hh849832.aspx

Right click the toolbar, select "Toolbars", "New Toolbar".

Then select "C:\ProgramData\Microsoft\Windows\Start Menu\Programs".

This will add "Programs" to your toolbar and when you click on it's double arrow you get a list of the globally installed programs.
