Outlook 2013 with hosted exchange cannot connect to server
Hi there, I have a customer whom I have supplied an ex-lease laptop to, a brand new installation of windows 7, fully patched, office 2013.
I have setup Outlook on hosted exchange via office 365 with 2 accounts. The accounts setup fine and seem to sync ok initially. Once I leave the site outlook seems to have trouble syncing and comes up with connection errors.
I have deleted the initial profile and reconfigured everything, the initial sync works OK and everything looks good but has the same issue as initially.
Anyone got any more ideas?
Cheers Jason.

What's the size of the mailbox and the local cached profile? Especially on a laptop with slow disk, Outlook will be very sensitive to the size and you should aim to have it lower than 5GB or so. Apart from that, might be connectivity issues, so try to test with the same machine on a different network, outside of the local environment.
Running OffCat (http://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/details.aspx?id=36852) or SaRa (https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/kb/3073666) might help you detect issues as well.
