How to shade the IP address we need to access?

we have a network that need to connect to a clients network Via VPN but the server they have is having the same IP address range as we are. how can we access to their network without have the conflict with the IP address,

You can't really. One of the networks has to change the IP range. Obviously, if one side is 100 clients with 10 printers etc, and the other side only has  5 computers, change the IP at the "simpler" side.
