"The solutions and answers provided on Experts Exchange have been extremely helpful to me over the last few years. I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.

You can't really. One of the networks has to change the IP range. Obviously, if one side is 100 clients with 10 printers etc, and the other side only has  5 computers, change the IP at the "simpler" side.

Can NAT doing that?
Someone will still get confused. If it's not your own network, then the NAT router will be confused. Put all the devices you want in between, but the IP overlap WILL trip you up. You solve it at one part of the network, but the next hop will now be confused.
