Right now I have had this happen on 2 different versions. 2007 and 2013, both doing the same thing. All emails are using IMAP. I will try fixing the OST/PST and let you know.

How big are the OST/PST files? The bigger they get, the more chance of corruption.

These are all relatively small files. All of them are all under 2GB.

All files on all the pcs had errors. I ran scanpst and repaired the most/pst files. We will see if that fixes the issue.

This has been happening to several computers, some I own and some client pcs. They will not pull in new emails (even when clicking send/receive). You have to close outlook and reopen for it to pull in any new email.

Outlook wont pull in new email until restarted.
