Citrix Receiver 4.3 AllowHotHey Error

Any advise or direction would be appreciated to resolved Citrix Receiver 4.3 Error "Citrix Receiver Configuration Manager: No value could be found for (AllowHotkey) that satisfies all lockdown requirements. The lockdown requirements in force may be conflicting" see attachment.

I've uninstalled numerous times manually and applied Receiver Cleanup Utility. Also manually cleaned the register of any Citrix components. I researched and edit HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Wow6432Node\Citrix\ICA Client\Engine\Lockdown Profiles\All Region with changing the DWORD value for EnableLockdown from 1 to 0.

It's occurring on several Win7 Domain PCs.

Try  Search key AllowHotKey & ClientHostedApps from the registry and delete the same and restart the machine and check.

Under HKLM\Software\Citrix\ICA Client\Engine\Lockdown Profiles\All Regions

Enablelockdown change to 0

You can also run the Receiver Clean-up utility and reinstall.

Sekar I deleted 6 AllowHotKey and 3 ClientHostedApps from the registry and restarted.                  Unfortunately I continue receiving the same error message.

Are the values back in the registry?  Is there a policy set that's enabling lockdown mode?

Brian what values are to be back in the registry?  As I prepare to run gpresult.

The ones that you deleted earlier?  I'm curious if something is causing the values to return.

Do a search in the registry and see if there are other places where the EnableLockdown value is set.  As a quick test, login with another user account and see if it has the same problem.  If not, the value(s) may be in the HKCU hive.

No more values found in register after search. Same error with different  user account login and multiple PCs. None found in HKCU-see attached
