Remote Site DC not Replicating

To be as short as possible, created a new Remote Site DC with a new OS (compared to the Root DC which is 2012 Standard) Windows 2012 R2. RDP had an issue. Had to move remote site DC to a test OU and block GPO's and add them back in which fixed the RDP issue. Then move the DC back to the Domain Controller OU. Now the issue is trying to get the remote site DC to show up in the Root AD tree on the Root DC. There is definitely a replication issue. Remote Site DC see's itself as a DC but the root (and backup DC) do not.

Trying to replicate from the Root DC works fine. Trying to replicate to root DC and I get this:
Target account name is incorrect.
This operation will not continue.

Remote DC doesn't show up anywhere in the Root AD tree, just the remote site DC AD tree. It is on the domain as well as I can remote into it.

Run the command repadmin /kcc and repadmin /syncall and paste the result here. In addition to that go to DNS, under and on the right side can you see an alias for all the Domain Controllers?

Please paste that screen shot also.

Hey Rakesh,

Thanks for getting back to me. I ended up demoting, removing from the domain and repromoting and it seems like it is all good now. i can replicate correctly and it shows up in the Root AD. I will consider this completed. The issue I have now is the back up. I will open a new question but I'll throw it out here as well.

Both my DC's are having an issue doing a system state back up. I get "A virtual disk support provider is not found for the file" and then fails. I have no idea why it is doing this. And it is doing it on both DC's...
