i try it and it is opening successfully using the below links:(in example:)
http://localhost:81/Soc_MobileWebServices/MobileService.svc?singleWsdl
http://localhost:81/Soc_MobileWebServices/MobileService.svc?wsdl
http://localhost:81/Soc_MobileWebServices/MobileService.svc?singleWsdl
http://localhost:81/Soc_MobileWebServices/MobileService.svc?wsdl
And if you try from another computer?
http://{SERVERNAME}:81/Soc_Mobile WebService s/MobileSe rvice.svc? singleWsdl
http://{SERVERNAME}:81/Soc_Mobile
Are you trying from a mobile device? If so make sure to use IP address of server and not BIOS name.
ASKER
no i am not trying from a mobile device it is a just a nomenclature
also if i try the below url
http://{SERVERNAME}:81/Soc_Mobile WebService s/MobileSe rvice.svc? singleWsdl
from other computer it give me the below:
This XML file does not appear to have any style information associated with it. The document tree is shown below.

That is fine. Does it show the WSDL "below" though? The WSDL is an XML file and your browser realises this. Just that there is no stylesheet for this XML file to prettify it.
If it shows the WSDL, then we can move onto the next thing. Which is understanding where exactly you were getting that first error.
