How to get Switch information connected to the network ?

People,

I'm managing multiple Office and Building sites across different region in Asia Pacific, each sites has its own Subnet. So how can I get the network switch information (Name, Vendor, type, IP address and Model) for hardware audit purpose ?

Mostly they are running HpProcurve but some sites running different brand. Is there any software that can scan the whole subnet 192.168.0.0/16 for any switches ?

Thanks.
