The non-delivery-report (NDR) above is indicating that the message delivery time has run out on the email.

Your email server tried to delivery it to the mail server at "gencapital.co.za" but the remote email server did not answer, has connectivity issues, is under heavy load or has DNS issues (forward or reverse) in the domain.

This is a problem on the mail server(s) in the domain "gencapital.co.za."

When remotely testing DNS lookups and SMTP connectivity, the domain appears to have a few DNS issues and the SMTP (mail) servers are both slow to reply to inbound email sessions.
