How do I share the Draft Folder between user in Outlook 2010

Hi,

I've a new member of staff that wants to share her draft folder with her secretary.

Basically I think the idea is the secretary  composes the email and save it in the user draft folder , then the users can check and send it from her computer,

apparently she used to do this at her old job so I am guessing it possible

"The solutions and answers provided on Experts Exchange have been extremely helpful to me over the last few years. I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.

Open the outlook of boss, go to drafts folder's Properties, Select Permissions tab - Add the secretary name and select what permissions you want to give
