Exchange 2010

I have configured a relay agent on the exchange server and when I have my credentials in their it works fine. I created a service account and copied the AD permissions same as mine and the relay agent doesn't work when I put that credential in it. I get : ERROR 535 5.7.3 Authentication unsuccessful. What am I missing?

What would this command do?
Add-MailboxPermission -identity "enotifications" -user "serviceaccount" -AccessRights FullAccess

We are running server 2008R@ and Exchange 2010

We have identified that my account and 2 other have access to all mailboxes and add them to our outlook. So only our 3 accounts can send out the email. What command do I need to give the same permissions to the enotification account?
