OneDrive for business Data Security

Hi all,
    I am looking for a little advice on how to secure potential business data that users maybe saving within a hosted Onedrive for business as part of a E3 hosted package. The client is looking to migrate the "My Docs" part of the local file share into this OneDrive solution. The question we need to answer is:

If the user has synchronized data to a Personal Device is there any way we can managed this?
If the User leaves the business can we remote wipe?
Can we prevent unauthorized devices to synchronize with OneDrive for Business
Allow external Web-only Access for none authorized
Will a product like "Intune" allow management of these devices
