SQL - Who Execute Stored Procedure

I would like to track who is executing a particular SQL stored procedure.  Whenever they run the stored procedure, I want to create an insert inside of that SP to insert info into another table for tracking.  Is there a possibility to track who executed the SP, SP name, and time/date?

"The solutions and answers provided on Experts Exchange have been extremely helpful to me over the last few years. I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.

Use DB_NAME() + '.' + OBJECT_SCHEMA_NAME(@@PROCID) + '.' + OBJECT_NAME(@@PROCID) and SUSER_SNAME(), GETDATE().

Otherwise you may use a server-side trace, extended events or an audit.
