Prevent mobile access to Exchange email

Hi,
I am trying to get users to use a BYOD/MDM policy for receiving emails on their smartphones and tablets.
Is there a way I can restrict exchange emails so users that ONLY users with the BYOD/MDM policy can get emails on their devices.

"The solutions and answers provided on Experts Exchange have been extremely helpful to me over the last few years. I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.

What Exchange version are you running?

I will presume 2013 - Active sync is enabled for all user by default but this is a flag that you can turn off

Set-CASMailbox -Identity "Alias" -ActiveSyncEnabled $false

This article shows how to disable or enable for all users - http://www.my-powershell.com/how-to-enable-and-disable-activesync-for-exchange-users/

You can then go ahead and enable the ones you want to have AS, by setting the ActiveSyncEnabled to True

Something similar I answered, check it

You basically need to create AS policy and apply on users, for whom AS is required.
