I totally understand your concerns and I know you are not mad at me. I am always proactive with all my clients to avoid catastrophic situation later on. We can easily skip creating an image for your computer and I will never enter any computer without receiving the owner authorization first. However, I still recommend some kind of maintenance that doesn't affect your budget too much due to the fact that this is your business computer. You are a good user x, that doesn’t do much else besides using your PC for business purposes. I have some little businesses as a clients that have a quarterly agreement for a recurrent maintenance.
