I totally understand your concerns and I know you are not mad at me. I am always proactive with all my clients to avoid catastrophic situation later on. We can easily skip creating an image for your computer and I will never enter any computer without receiving the owner authorization first. However, I still recommend some kind of maintenance that doesn't affect your budget too much due to the fact that this is your business computer. You are a good user x, that doesn’t do much else besides using your PC for business purposes. I have some little businesses as a clients that have a quarterly agreement for a recurrent maintenance. In this way it will be only $ 000 every 3 months. Will this formula be more suitable for your needs David?

I understand your concerns and I know you are not mad at me. I am always proactive with my clients in to avoid catastrophic situations later on.  We do not need to create an image for your computer and I will never enter any computer without first receiving the owner's authorization.

I strongly recommend ongoing maintenance which doesn't affect your budget. Due to the fact that it is your business computer, you want it to run properly all the time.

I have small business clients that have a quarterly agreement for recurring maintenance. As someone who primarily uses their PC for business purposes, this might be more suitable for your needs. This way, it is only $000 every 3 months. Will work better for your needs?

As I'm sure you can understand, I like to be proactive with my clients in an effort to avoid a catastrophic situation later on. In future we can easily skip creating an image for your computer and of course, I would never access any computer without receiving  authorization first.

Due to the fact that computer systems are the backbone of your business I highly recommend some kind of preventative maintenance schedule. I have some other small businesses as a clients who have a quarterly scheduled maintenance agreement. With your budget in mind, I would be prepared to offer you the same service for $XXX every 3 months.

Hopefully you will this to be more a more suitable arrangement.
