Outlook Saved Drafts

there is a user using Outlook 2013, who has saved  emails with the sales dept user`s  stationary for each dept. On her desktop.This is like a template for her.
She has been doing this for years. She emails for them-Now when she sends an email. The user information below ie
Users contact info is gone from the email when she sends the email. She is emailing from her outlook profile, is there a solution for this?

not sure if i understood your question correctly.

if the sent emails are not in sent box then , do the following

a.       In Outlook, click on the File tab.
b.      Click on Options, and then click on Mail.
c.       Under Save messages, enable the option Save copies of messages in the Sent Items folder.
