import spec : Error Type Conversion Failure

I am having an issue where i am getting an "Type Conversion Failure" when i am trying to insert into a numeric value into a numeric field. The other wierd issue is that it is inserting the value into the previous field NOT the one it is supposed to be inserting. (the error message tough is talking about the correct field)

Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.
