We are using Desktop Authority version 126.96.36.1999 to manage certain aspects of our network and we are currently having an issue with the way DA is handling the Outlook email signatures.
We have multiple signatures set up for each department in the business with small differences to each (some have DDI, some don't etc) and the user can choose which of the three signatures they would like to use.
The script will put the three signatures into Outlook without issue and they can then be set to be used for 'New Messages' and 'Replies/Forwards' however the issue is that when the script runs again when the user logs on the following day it removes the choices made previously for New Messages and Replies/Forwards meaning the user needs to select them again.
Is there any way I can make the script not remove the New Messages & Replies/Forwards choices within Outlook? Or failing that, is there any way I can make this sepcific script run only on the first time the user logs in and not on subsequent logins?
