IIS Site Down

I had to change the app pools from iis when I made a site go live.
All 3 sites uses the same app pool. This is a must for sql sites sharing same databases.

Has anyone seen this before?

"The solutions and answers provided on Experts Exchange have been extremely helpful to me over the last few years. I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.

It's impossible to tell without details about the issue (error messages? IIS behaviors? etc.).

However, since you have changed the AppPool, so make sure that your new AppPool configuration is as close as the original one (settings, folder permissions, certificate access permissions, sql access permissions, etc.).

Try to change customErrors to remoteOnly in your web application configure (web.config), and then open your web application from inside the server to see the exact errors.
