"The solutions and answers provided on Experts Exchange have been extremely helpful to me over the last few years. I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.

Disabling design changes is one thing, but it simply prevents you from adding/removing/changing columns. Users could still delete the table.

In short, you cannot completely disable the ability for users to remove your tables. You can make it very difficult for that to happen by providing your own ribbon, removing the Nav Pane, setting several Options, etc etc, but you cannot completely prevent it.

If you are looking for that level of security, you should consider switching to a more robust data platform, like SQL Server.
