Dynamically creating text boxes in ASP.NET

I have an existing form in ASP.NET.  One of the text boxes on the form can have many values.  I want to give the user the option to click a button and add a new text box for each additional item.

I understand the code for creating a dynamic text box.  However, I don't understand how to incorporate this with an existing form.  Do I need to make the entire form dynamic in an ASP:Table control, or is there a way to just dynamically add the text boxes to the existing form underneath the already created text box?

There are two ways to accomplish this. In server side code or client side code using a Javascript library like jquery. Do you have a preference?

Using client side code: http://www.aspsnippets.com/Articles/Create-dynamic-textbox-using-JavaScript-in-ASP.Net.aspx

Using server side code: You'd just place them in a container and loop through the container on postback. Reading the control values as you go

You could use a list box and a single text box and button. Write the value and click the button to add to the list box. This way you would get multiple values and editing/deleting the values would not be as much of a problem as compared to dynamic text boxes.
