setting up apple ID for each user in the company
Hello, I am looking for a solution for setting up apple ID's for everyone in the office, some users has already setup personal accounts but I was thinking it may be best to setup company accounts because all of the devices belong to the company.... Any suggestions

Should this also be done for their mac books?Definitely. This way their calendars, email, etc are all in sync with each other. This will reduce other conflicts of dealing with personal email accounts as the IDs.

We have hundreds of iphones and ipads running mobileiron. I personally admin the fleet and have not had an issue of people using personal icloud/itunes accounts. This removes the issue of financial transactions (if they use their own CC to purchase itunes on the company itunes ID, people have children who will eventually get their hands on the device). All we are interested in is having the device access Mobileiron via the itunes store, the financial issue of ituens removed from the equation.
If you have proper procedures for returning the device (remove from find my iphone etc) and policy/governance around usage then you will not have a problem.
