Search service is being continuously restarted by the CI troubleshooter on database copies

I am getting error:CI troubleshooter exchange search service restart attempt 22

This issue occurs when System Center Operations Manager (SCOM) is running the Toubleshoot-CI.ps1 script. This causes the Exchange Search service to restart before it completes the indexing process.

we placed the  server in maintenance mode in SCOM and stopped the agent,

NOW THE DATABASE CRAWLING HAS STOPPED

but what should we do from scom end as the server is in maintenance mode.

Restart the agent and check, if still creating an issue.

You are using old Management pack on SCOM, please update your Management pack on SCOM server . Latest MP can be dowloaded by this link.

I have been running same problem in my env. after updating management issue has been resolved. Old management pack had a lot of bugs. Stable MP was released by MS with version 14.3.38.2... please check which version you have..

Open SCOM Console-- Click on Administation tab -- Management Pack from left Pane -- then search Exchange MP there you will find version of your MP. Now latest MP is released with version 14.3.210.2. Install it.

Hope you are running Exchange 2010 with SP3 and somewhat updated RU level.
