I have one user who logged out of their Microsoft account while using excel. The account that shows up top right corner.
when she goes to log back in she gets the error "Sorry, we are having some temporary server issues."
I have many other users who do not have this issue.
She is running MS office Home and business 2013
Everything I have found on Google talks about office 365 but we are using desktop
Quick and online office repairs from program in control panel no joy
Reinstall - no joy
I tired making IE default browser no joy
I deleted all sub folders in HKCU\software\Microsoft...........office15client.mcrosoft.com - no joy
Turned off firewall - no joy
Running - Windows 10 fully update Dell Lattitude 3540
Any ideas are welcome - I am baffled
