Word hyphenation feature is not available. Run the microsoft office setup program

On opening a particular document on multiple computers I get the error: word hyphenation feature is not available run the microsoft office setup program. I, however, have installed the entire Office package on these machines so the Word hyphenation feature should be installed.  I actually did a Add/Remove Feature with Office 2007 (the version on the machines) and it indicates that Hyphenation is installed for all languages.

Any ideas what my next step should be?

This might be a silly question, but is hyphenation required on this particular document? If it's the only one giving you trouble, will turning it off solve the problem?

If you do need it on, obviously we should find a solution. But wanted to check in case you didn't want it on in the first place.

ASKER

It is something specific to this document that is causing the problem.  We backtracked the issue and if Hyphenation-Automatic is not selected then we are fine.  On other documents Hyphenation-Automatic is on and we have no problems.
Is it in a different language than the others?
It contains German and French, but it is mostly in English.
You will need to make sure you've installed the Hyphenation tool in every language needed--have you downloaded the French and German ones?
Katie, I have installed the entire package of Microsoft Office.  When I have gone to "Add/Remove Features" on the Office disk everything is White, meaning All is installed.
