I wear a lot of hats...

"The solutions and answers provided on Experts Exchange have been extremely helpful to me over the last few years. I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.

Tried removing it from 'Saved Passwords'?

In the upper right corner of your window, click the Chrome menu Chrome menu.
Choose Settings.
At the bottom of the page, click Show advanced settings.
Under "Passwords and forms," click Manage passwords. A dialog will appear with a list of saved passwords.
In the dialog that opens, the "Saved passwords" section shows all of your saved passwords.

Storing passwords in your browser is assuming a large risk. I would highly recommend clearing your browser completely, but before you do I would get a quality password management tool to suck these up and store them securely.

I have no issues helping you get this stuff setup. The more people take cyber security more seriously the less data breaches we will have moving forward.

But getting a password manager (this is just one of them) is not solving your stored password issue, or is it?

please advise

I'm not advising you to use a password manager, I just pointed to one that you can get for free. I'm saying that a password manager will not solve your password issue.

So you have a problem with the changed password for your Gmail account in Chrome?

Note that if you logon to Chrome, that password will be used for Gmail and other Google services that use your account.
