I wear a lot of hats...

"The solutions and answers provided on Experts Exchange have been extremely helpful to me over the last few years. I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.

You have to be more specific than that, what kind of device will you use? There are versions of Outlook on a laptop/tablet; Outlook apps for tablets/mobile devices; Outlook on the Web which is a browser based version; etc

I would like to be able to use any device to view my email, like you can for example with Gmail. If not any device then on the Web.

Any device is not really specific as well :P Here's the mobile setup wizard, you can follow the instructions there to set up email using the Outlook app and/or the built-in email app for iOS, Android, WP:

Also at the end you will find instructions for Blackberry, Symbian, and few others.

I don't think you understood the question or I did not explain it well enough.

My question is about  Outlook 2013 with multiple accounts in Office 365 and how it can be accessed other than on the PC on which it is installed. Lets say on the Web to keep it simple.

Its difficult to give you the answer you seek when your question is so vague.

If not able to access Outlook 2013 (you could use if on a laptop for example and using public WifI) then you can use the web portal I normally setup a CNAME DNS record for my clients that redirects to the Office 365 portal. So

Or configure the accounts on a mobile device such as iPad or iPhone (as an example).

Hope that helps.
