Exchange Server

Dear Experts,

Good evening..

I got a new job in an Organization and their requirement  in coming days to Migrate Exchange 2010 to Exchange 2013 or 2016.
I am very new to Exchange please guide me how would I do the task without any issues...

If you are new to exchange I wouldn't be doing this migration in a production environment. I would get yourself booked on a training course at the very least

This is the guide I've used on multiple exchange 2010 to 2013 upgrades which may help:

However, as already noted above don't go jumping straight in if you've never really touched exchange before. Setup a test lab and do some testing on there first before attempting on a live system.
