Changing the name of an user in exchange 2010

Hey Eveyrone,
We have a user that just got married and we need to change her name (email) address to reflect her new name. What would be the best way to do this so they will be able to keep their mailbox (and emails contained), She needs to be able to still get emails to her old email address (for a period of time) as well as emails to her new email address. Basically 1 mailbox, 2 email addresses. We have exchange 2010 and obviously active directory on this domain. This domain is ONLY used for email so we don't have to worry about anything else other then email address and name.

thanks!

"The solutions and answers provided on Experts Exchange have been extremely helpful to me over the last few years. I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.

Rename her account in AD and Exchange with update these automatically. once its renamed just double check exchange has added the new email aliases, if not add them manually

Just make sure both the old SMTP address and the New SMTP address are both listed. A user can have several smtp aliases. You only have to be sure to set the new one as default so everyone from here on out will get her new alias in the emails.
