Getting this error

Using Access 2013.
I have a double click event on a textbox on a form, all it does it is open another form.
But I started getting this error when I double click on  the control (textbox). Yet it continues to work on other computers. What can be the problem? Here is the error:
The expression On Dbl Click you entered as the even property setting produced the following error: Object or class does not support the set of events

"The solutions and answers provided on Experts Exchange have been extremely helpful to me over the last few years. I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.

One of two things.
1. There is a missing reference on this particular computer.
2. This copy of the FE is corrupted.

Try Pat's suggestions first...

You can also try the basic stuff first (wont hurt, and only takes a few minutes)
Run the Compact and Repair utility, then Compile the VBA code
(In the VBA editor click Debug-->Compile
Then test for the error
If not...
Create a new db and import all the objects
Test for the error
You can try simply deleting, then recreating the textbox.
Test for the error
If that does not work, try deleting, then recreating the form.
