Is Java native code for Graphics seamlessly substitutable?

Hi
With my RTS's client Java class receiving game state messages for the RTS game state view,
I have primitive jpg drawImage's and drawLine combined for the window.
If I send the game-state object in native code to a proper, professional looking full-screen renderer for each operating system, will it be indistinguishable from Blizzard and Microsoft, if I do first rate graphics?
Is it a seamless substitution?

Thanks

Thanks, as always! This will solve a lot.

How much do you suspect a Freelancer would charge for participation in an effort like this?

Thanks

Umm - that would be a lot.  I'm sure Blizzard usually spends north of $1 million on each of their games.

Your better option would be to find a partner.  Somebody who will work for free in return for some portion of the eventual revenue that the game makes.  It sounds like you really need a team of at least 3 - one back end developer (you), one front end developer (your freelancer), one artist.  Split the proceeds 1/3 each and go build.  (Don't worry about the revenue share - if this is the first game you ever build and sell it will likely make no money - but you will learn a ton and your next game may be worth a lot more...)

Good luck,

Doug
