You may wish to double check the flag in the account (one Leave Mail on Server flag for each and every account). It does work for me.

i have business mail on gmail working on outlook with POP3<br />
the email working fine<br />
recently the manager need the pop3 account on his laptop i setup setting and it's working fine but i discovered that the 2 PC's not receive all mails<br />
so if any mail received on the PC first this mail not delivered to laptop and also with laptop if laptop received mail first that mail not delivered to PC<br />
* the leave copy on the server option on account setting selected on both PC's

outlook pop3 account on 2 pc not work properly
