We have exchange 2007 server and we are using outlook 2010 and 2013.<br />
We have a user and he wants to share his calendar to all the 100 users in our organisation.<br />
The staffs will be booking appointments on his calendar to meet him personally.<br />

Please suggest best way of setting up for this &nbsp;scenario. <br />
