Best way of setting up a shared calender for a User.

We have exchange 2007 server and we are using outlook 2010 and 2013.
We have a user and he wants to share his calendar to all the 100 users in our organisation.
The staffs will be booking appointments on his calendar to meet him personally.

Please suggest best way of setting up for this  scenario.

I wear a lot of hats...

"The solutions and answers provided on Experts Exchange have been extremely helpful to me over the last few years. I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.

Hi Lianne143,
Have the calendar owner navigate to the Folder tab, choose calendar permissions. I would recommend setting the Default permission to "reviewer" which will allow all to see the details. If you want others to actually add and edit this calendar, set permission for Default to Editor.
