Someone Posted a "Spam Post"  as "Me" on my Blog Titled "Bing Coupon For New Advertisers"

Few months back same thing happened.
at that time,
# I Deleted that post.
# Changed my Google Password.

I don't understand, how this is possible.
Please, help me secure my "Blog" AND/OR "Google Account".
