Automating AD Account deletion

Does anyone have a script that we can run to delete AD accounts that have been disabled for 30+ days?

This company I joined has absolutely no AD User mgmt. so there are AD accounts that were disabled 1+ years ago and no clean up has been performed. Looking to automate this in some way... say if the account has been disabled, delete it and its mailbox.

Server 2012 AD environment...

Thanks in advance.
