Server 2012 R2 RDS Move Roles to Dedicated Server

We currently have 1 RDS server hosting ALL roles

RD Gateway
RD Connection Broker
RD Session Host
RD Licensing
RD Web Access

We would like to install a separate server and migrate the following roles:

RD Gateway
RD Connection Broker
RD Licensing

I am trying to find a walk through for this migration.  I know how to move the RD Licensing piece.

I need a walk through for the other 2 roles..... How to successfully move them?

SSL certificate needs?

Etc.....

I wear a lot of hats...

"The solutions and answers provided on Experts Exchange have been extremely helpful to me over the last few years. I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.
