Exchange Contacts
We are using Outlook 2013 with exchange 2016. A user will email a contact they have to another user. The receiver of the contact then opens it up and tries to make an edit and save to it and gets an error " you don't have appropriate permission to perform this operation". When they save the contact from the email to the desktop they can make any edit's and save it. What do they have to do to be able to edit and save any changes in the contact using outlook without saving it to the desktop first.

Hi,
It may be receiver not assigned permissions in Exchange 2016 to perform those operations. For this type of error message user need to first update "Recipient Provisioning Permission" section in the Recipients Permissions.
Thanks & Regards
Lisa
