How to know who edits information in a windows 2003 server

HI, I would like to know if there is a software capable of register (logs) all the activities performed by any user in a windows server 2003 configured in a work group (not in a Domain Controller), we want to know who edits, deletes or creates files in some specific folders.

Thanks in advance.

"The solutions and answers provided on Experts Exchange have been extremely helpful to me over the last few years. I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.

If this is not in a domain environment, then you need to configure Auditing using Local Policy. gpedit.msc
