I wear a lot of hats...

"The solutions and answers provided on Experts Exchange have been extremely helpful to me over the last few years. I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.

You can change the Services from Group Policy, steps are given below:

Open Group Policy Management Console and select the Group Policy that you want to edit.

Expand Computer Group Policy > expand Policies  > expand Windows settings > expand Security settings > select System settings.

On the right hand frame, you can see list of all the services and they would be set as "Not Configured"

Double click on the service for which you want to change the settings. Check the option "Define this policy setting" and select Automatic if you want this service to run automatically, select Manual to start it manually and select Disabled to disable this service. Click on Apply and click on Ok.

After you are done with the settings, run the command gpupdate /force on both server and client computer. If policy is not applied then try restarting the client computer.

It is not about the points, more about showing some gratitude for being helped, like a simple "thank you", for a start.
