Piece of proposal to review for X

Hello everyone,

Can someone proofread this piece of proposal please...thank you, I will submit a piece per day...its only a couple of pages.

3. SITUATION SUMMARY

X has the desire of improving his network infrastructure. 1) They are in need of setting up a new built office with a new computer and a printer for the administrator. 2) They would like to evaluate which could be the best cloud solution that best fit their needs to store the company data. 3) They would like to evaluate if keep using QuickBooks locally in one single computer as they currently do  is the optimal solution for their organization or if it will be more efficient migrate QuickBooks to the cloud and have multiple users able to login simultaneously.

4. PROPOSED SOLUTION

To easy manage the scope of this project y is recommending X to perform this project is three phases:

Phase One:
Setting the new administrator office

X has just build a brand new office for her administrative assistant. Currently there is not equipment in the office. y will recommend, purchase, configure and deliver the computer to the new office. In addition, one 23 inches monitor and one monochrome printer/scanner/copier will be installed. Oslo computer will be loaded with Microsoft office 365, Antivirus, and QuickBooks 2015 Plus. One day before the final delivery Y will pickup at X shop the laptop which contain the QuickBooks 2012 database and will migrate the database to the new built desktop running QuickBooks 2015. This way, will reduce the downtime when delivering the computer on Monday morning.  The desktop will include a wireless card to allow wireless connection to the color printer and it will also have a dual video card loaded to allow in the future the connection of dual monitors.
See attached quote for Phase one.

Phase Two:
Evaluate the cloud solutions that best suite X’s need

Further information must be gathered and more details need to be discussed before Y can provide the right cloud solution for X.

I wear a lot of hats...

"The solutions and answers provided on Experts Exchange have been extremely helpful to me over the last few years. I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.

1. Set up an office with a new computer and a printer for the administrator.

To easy manage the scope of this project, Y is recommending X to perform the project in three phases:

Phase 1: Set up the new administrator office

All of the phases will be well enough for deploying, but you have to test quickbooks for the Cloud connectivity.

Download trial version of quickbooks/database and install it in Virtual Machine then make another VM and try to connect to Database.
if you succeeded, so it would be easy to deploy on any Cloud base instance whether Amazon or Microsoft.
