Im having a strange problem with My new Dell Precision pc with Windows 8.1. For sine Strange reason I Can no longer configure the IPv4 settings!! <br />
It tells me something like: <br />
IF YOU WANT TO CONFIGURE TCP/IP THEN YOU MUST FIRST INSTALL AND ACTIVATE A NETWORK INTERFACE CARD<br />

Just for the record I am logged in as administrator and I am looking at the Nic
