"The solutions and answers provided on Experts Exchange have been extremely helpful to me over the last few years. I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.

Signatures are usually set up in Outlook, but for what you want, this needs to be implemented as a transport rule.  All pretty simple.

Transport rules don't allow each user to customize their signature easily though, and sometimes users add a second.

You can a create a  common signature on an organizational level not per user level.

if you need you need to buy 3rd part software like Exclaimer.

Hi mallony,

As Melmensa suggested, If you decide to create the signature via transport rules, your users may also create their own signatures on the client end which could cause a mess. Luckilly, there is a way to centrally disable Outlook and OWA signatures:

Here's a good illustrated guide on setting up signatures via transport rules, that also talks about their limitations: http://www.mail-signatures.com/articles/how-to-set-up-email-signatures-on-exchange-server-2010/?sts=5362
