My company has been using a shared mailbox to take reservations and distribute requests to reservation agents. &nbsp;Recently the ownership group has been spun off and will be removed from the continuing operation. &nbsp;I need to transfer the ownership of the shared mailbox from the existing group and reassign ownership to a new owner and agent group.<br />

I am not sure how to approach this ownership transfer? Can you suggest a path to make a seamless transfer?
